Ken's N-scale train model has spent a couple of weeks in the front window of Trumps Hobbies. You boys remember hanging out there when you had extra cash. Ken is still one of their better customers.
Then he brought it to pack meeting tonight and explained how he made it and let the boys try running it. They were fascinated. The pack master had me read "The Polar Bear Express" to tie in his presentation and Christmas. AnnMarie was a guest. It was a great pack meeting!

Some time when you come down for October conference, assuming you drive it, you should take back Daddy's train for Christmas. Lois hasn't used it since she gave up her house and this year it's spending its first Christmas in the box! It's in kinda tender shape, but Ken could fine tune it! :) I wish I'd have thought of it this year when you were here. Then again, it seems like your car was a rental, which means you flew! It was certainly a hit with my grandkids last year. Congrats, Ken! Nice of you to share the visual, hand's-on, and expertise!
