Congratulations!
Ken isn't going to brag/blog about this, so I've got to! Last night at Weightwatchers he got two awards--one for losing 25 pounds and one for attending for 16 weeks. 25 pounds in 16 weeks is an incredible accomplishment.
You didn't mention the "Only Guy at the Meeting" award I got as well.
If anything, you have to credit grandma for the significantly healthier food at the reunion. Thank you!
P.S. I am still technically "overweight", but I feel a lot better now than I did six months ago! I'm planning to keep attending WW until I hit the healthy range and can maintain it.

Accountability is great motivation.
Wow! Great job, Ken. You're an inspiration to us all. I've lost 9 lbs in 12 weeks. I'm really happy I can wear clothes from 2 years ago!
