I was browsing on the internet and looked up "Lake Waldo race" and read about Neil winning the race last year. Not only winning it, but setting a course record. There's a link to a cool article he wrote about it.
I was there, but didn't make it to the finish line to see him come in! To all those who go to see the finish of this race next Saturday, I advise you to get there a half hour earlier than Neil says he's likely to come in. Otherwise you'll miss seeing him finish.
Neil, we wish you well in this endeavor. We'll be thinking of you while we serve in the temple that day.
